The fifth album by an English progressive rock band Pink Floyd
It was released October 2, 1970 and became the band's first album, which peaked a first position in the UK charts
The album is no longer a psychedelic album as in second half of the 60th years, Atom Heart Mother is the beginning of a progressive and symphonic rock, an important role is also played by the orchestra with brass section and choir
